Pre Activities: BKOF(Building Knowledge Of Field) -Teacher greets students. -Teacher checks students' attendance list. -Teacher gives the students stimulation questions.	3 minutes	(T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss)	-Assalaamu’alaikum.. -Good morning class,        -How are you today? -Is there anyone absent? -Why is he/she absent? -Did you ever hear an amusing story? -What story did you hear? -Were you amused after hearing it? -Could you retell the story?
Main Activities: MOT(Modeling Of Text) -Teacher tells students the topic of the day. -Teacher explains what narrative is, its social function, generic structure and language features. JCOT(Joint Construction Of Text) -Teacher displays the narrative text on the screen and plays the MP3 file. -Teacher asks students whether they have finished or not yet and discusses the answers. -Teacher pronounces the vocabulary items which are from blank answers repeated by students and translates them. -Teacher gives students opportunity to ask.	9 minutes	(T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss)	-In this meeting, we are going to learn narrative text. -Narrative text is.... -Its social fun ction is…. -The generic structures are........ -Well, now please take a look at the screen, that's an example of narrative text and I'd like to play the MP3, listen carefully then write down on your own paper what words should be placed in the blank spaces. - Have you finished students? Ok, Let's check together! - Well done students, now please repeat after me! - The meaning of them are……. -Ok students, any questions?
Post Activities: ICOT(Independent Construction Of Text) -Teacher reviews the material of the day. -Teacher asks students the impression of studying narrative text. -Teacher gives home assignment to the students. -Teacher motivates students to practice more. -Teacher closes the meeting by leave talking.	3 minutes	(T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss) (T-Ss)	-What is narrative text? -What is the purpose of it? etc… -What's your impression after studying this kind of text? -Have you been amused after hearing that story? -To all of you, please search the narrative text, at the next meeting you retell it to your friends in the class. -Don't forget to always be active in practicing! -Well students, see you next week, Wassalaamu’alaikum..
